Price, 34, said all her post is dealt with by her mother and she had never seen the prosecution warnings, reported Daily Mail.
She told magistrates they were for a Range Rover which was left "going to waste" on her driveway.
The notices were sent to her Horsham address after her white 55 plate Ranger Rover was caught on camera speeding through London on September 5 and September 6 last year.
Price told Bromley Magistrates' Court that she had been in the process of moving house from Caterham to Horsham at the time.
Price, who had six penalty points on her licence, was given an additional six points and subsequently banned from driving for 12 months.
She was also ordered to pay a 400 pound fine along with 350 pound costs and a victim surcharge of 15 pounds.
