Price, 34, was spotted kissing 25-year-old Hayler at a charity ladies' night in Worthing, West Sussex, raising money for a disabled children's charity, reported Daily Mail.
"I couldn't be happier in my life right now!. Had fun with my baby girl Miss Katie Price," Hayler posted on Twitter.
Kieran stripped on national TV earlier this year when he appeared as the stripper at gay character Christian Clarke's stag night and Heather Trott's hen do in the Queen Vic.
He has also appeared naked apart from a sailor's hat in BBC game show 'Argumental'.
Since splitting with fiance Leandro Penna in October, twice married Price has been focusing on her career.
