Pop star Katy Perry has reportedly cancelled her birthday trip to Egypt.
The 'Fireworks' singer, who will turn on Oct 25, was scheduled to travel to Egypt to take a brief break from her wildly popular Prismatic world tour, reported E!Online.
"Perry pulled the plug on her vacation due to political issues in Egypt. Perry was also expected to travel to Morocco, South Africa and Paris. No word yet if she still plans to proceed with the remainder of her scheduled birthday bash," a source said.
Perry, 29, has been hard at work on her tour, which grossed USD 31 million from the North American leg.
