"If you put in your efforts to make your mothers satisfied, the home where you enjoy life and prosperity would be bestowing grandeur of life not only to the members of the family but to the entire mankind," Kalam said while addressing students here.
He said "we need knowledge equal to creativity, righteousness and courage which would become a channel for attainment of peace at home and all over the world."
The former president advised the students to search "unexploited path."
"The younger generation have to inculcate a habit of combating problems which would need courage and righteousness," he said.
He asked each student to plant at least 10 trees to make Rampur green, which would be a "commendable contribution."
