Kejriwal reiterates his promise for senior citizens' welfare

On the eve of International Senior Citizens day, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that the AAP-led Delhi government is 'dedicated' to work for the welfare of senior citizens in the state.

Addressing a gathering at a programme in Delhi secretariat, Kejriwal also felicitated one member from each recreational centres for senior citizens along with NGOs, who are working for the welfare of the community.

Social Welfare Minister Sandeep Kumar and Principal Secretary (Social Welfare) also addressed the gathering of the people.

Some guests also gave their views on ongoing works by Delhi government for welfare of senior citizens. A play was also presented by actors of Talent Street on communal harmony.
