Singer-actress Kelly Osbourne has put her west Hollywood property on sale with an asking price of USD 1.349 million.
The news of the 29-year-old singer selling her glitzy property has come a month after she announced her break-up with fiance Matthew Mosshart, reported Daily Mirror.
Osbourne had purchased the 1950s one-bedroom home, which sits on 1,250 square foot of land for USD 1,195,000 nine years ago.
The property designed in 1952 by Robert Byrd, estate agents Hilton Hyland say Kelly's home is beautifully detailed throughout and completely updated.
