'Fashion Police' host Kelly Osbourne is suing her former landlord for refusing to hand back a deposit she paid on a Hollywood apartment.
In the lawsuit, the reality TV star claims she put down USD 18,700 as a security deposit on the West Hollywood pad, but when she vacated the premises, her landlord failed to reimburse her, reported TMZ online.
Instead he sent her an email notifying her of an estimate of damages and cleaning expenses, which claimed her entire deposit.
Osbourne is suing to get her deposit back and punitive damages.
The apartment has also been home to fellow celebrities including Lindsay Lohan and Adam Lambert.
