The duo reteamed for new track 'Ice', which has surfaced on the internet ahead of the official release of Rowland's upcoming fourth studio album, reported Contactmusic.
However, the former Destiny's Child star is unfazed by the unauthorised leak and said she has been inundated with positive feedback from fans.
"Well, I guess you've heard 'Ice'... Thank you for the love and support. I'm sorry I kept you all waiting but I'm happy you love it the way I do!," she tweeted.
Rowland, 31, hit the top of the charts last year with her Wayne collaboration, 'Motivation'.
