KELTRON bags orders worth over Rs 8 cr

Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (KELTRON) has bagged orders worth over Rs eight crore.

The company bagged a Rs 5.41 crore worth order from DRDO, Kochi for the fabrication, assembly, testing and supply of high frequency module and tow cable assembly of towed array for naval vessels.

Another order of Rs 1.43 crore is from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), a release said.

The order from NPCIL is for operation and monitoring of various systems and equipment of unit II (1,000-MW) of Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant.

The orders will be executed by Keltron Controls, Aroor.

On the other hand, the special products group of KELTRON has bagged an order worth Rs 1.28 crore from Indian Navy for two year on-site AMC for 'EMLOG and Echo sounder' in Naval ships at Port Blair, Andamans, the release added.
