The 20-year-old runway star paid USD 450,000 below the original asking price for the 4,800-square-foot contemporary-style home, reported Femalefirst.
It is situated on Hollywood's Sunset Strip, settled in the hills above the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel, and the luxurious living space comes complete with hard wood floors, exposed brick walls, and a rooftop patio.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reportedly signed the official documents on Wednesday, June 29, in New York City.
This is Kendall's second property purchase, after she bought a two-bedroom condo in 2014 for USD 1.39 million.
