Kerala and South Korea to co-operate in IT

Kerala and South Korea today held discussions on exploring the possibility of cooperation in the field of electronic, IT and infrastructure development.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and South Korea's Consul General in Chennai Kim Hyung Tae held discussions in this regard here, an official relese said today.

Vijayan said power and tourism were the other two areas where Kerala and South Korea could co-operate.

Kerala can associate with South Korea in electronic hardware manufacturing and power sector, he said.
