The Kerala-unit of CPI(M) has decided to hold a three-day state-level plenum at Palakkad from November 27 to discuss organisational issues in the light of decisions of the last party congress at Kozhikode in 2012.

The plenum would mainly deliberate organisational matters in view of the decisions and resolutions of the 20th party congress at Kozhikode in April 2012, a CPI(M) statement said here today.

Under the CPI(M)'s scheme of things, a plenum is held rather rarely between state conferences every three years.

The meet, to be attended by central leaders, state committee members and selected delegates, would conclude with a rally, it added.
