Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has asked state Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala to remain in Delhi for two more days to coordinate steps to bring back Keralites stranded in different hotels in Jammu and Kashmir due to floods.
Chandy also said the government measures would continue to remain agile till all Keralities arrive safely at their destinations.
Meanwhile, Chennithala met Defence Minister Arun Jaitely, who assured the Army's help and other systems for the safe return of Malayalees.

Steps are progressing to bring back Malayalees safely, an official release said.
Kerala had sanctioned Rs two crore for the Jammu-Kashmir government as assistance to take up relief work.
The state also plans to set up a special distress relief fund to help those affected by floods, it said.
