US Secretary of State John Kerry says renewed efforts are needed to fight the Islamic State group in Syria in the wake of the attacks in Brussels.
Kerry is in Moscow to discuss the fragile truce in Syria that is hoped will spark UN-brokered peace talks. He will meet President Vladimir Putin later in the day.
Kerry said today in his opening remarks at the talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that the attacks in Brussels that killed at least 31 and injured more than 200 has underscored the urgency for "every country that has the ability" to help put an end to IS.
