US Secretary of State John Kerry would travel to London to meet his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov to discuss the situation in crisis-hit Ukraine.
"At the direction of (the US) President (Barack) Obama, Secretary of State John Kerry will travel to London, on March 14 to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to discuss the ongoing crisis in Ukraine," State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki said.
Kerry will continue to reaffirm the US's unwavering support for Ukrainian sovereignty, unity, territorial integrity, and the right of the Ukrainian people to determine their own future, without outside interference or provocation by Russia, Psaki said in a statement.
