Actress Kerry Washington and singer Selena Gomez have joined hands to support the new "Lean In" campaign, which encourages women to support each other.
The celebrities like Emma Watson, Lena Dunham, newswoman Megyn Kelly, and tennis ace Serena Williams are also part of the campaign, reported by Contactmusic.
Washington, 39, talks about the creator of her show "Scandal", in the campaign promo, "I'm not sure what my life would look like if it were not for Shonda Rhimes."
