Key documents of Dogra rule to be exhibited for a week in J&K

In view of World Heritage Week, important documents of Dogra rule and recent Archaeological finds would be kept at display for general public here from Thursday, an official spokesman said.

"In connection with World Heritage Week, the department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums, is celebrating Heritage Week from November 19 to 25 to highlight the history and composite culture of Jammu and Kashmir.

"Various photographs of historical monuments, documents, files, besides various manuscripts, recent Archaeological finds, the important documents of Dogra Rule would be kept at display in the week-long exhibition for the general public," the spokesman said.

He said the seven-day exhibition was being held in the Stone Building Old Secretariat from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
