Keylong and Kalpa in tribal districts of Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur were the coldest place in Himachal Pradesh with the minimum temperature recorded at minus 3.9 degree Celsius and minus 3 degree Celsius respectively.
Manali shivered at minus 2.2 degree Celsius even as the local MeT office forecast said rains or snow will occur at many places during next three days from tomorrow.
Bhuntar and Sundernagar and Solan recorded minimum temperatures at 3 degree Celsius, 3.6 degree and 3.8 degree respectively, followed by Shimla 4.3 degree, Palampur 4. 5 degree, Dharamsala 6 degree, Una 6.3 degree and Nahan 9.1 degree Celsius.
