Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today assured to address problems faced by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) while executing the strategic Balipara-Charduar-Tawang (BCT) road.
Khandu gave the assurance during a meeting with BRO officials at Tawang in which fund constraints faced was placed before him, an official communique informed.
Considering the slow pace of work, Khandu suggested that the road could be expedited by delegating work to a particular organisation after tendering process with BRO remaining the nodal agency.

Land acquisition process, compensation issues and other issues with respect to BRO roads within the district were also discussed during the meeting.
Tawang MLA Tsering Tashi urged BRO to work on war footing before the next monsoons, the communique added.
