Khattar reviews performance of Haryana govt at half-time

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar today held a meeting here to review the two-and-half- years performance of his government besides discussing schemes and policies for the remaining term.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, which was held at Surajkhand under the chairmanship of Khattar, state Agriculture Minister Om Prakash Dhankhad said implementation of various flagship schemes of the government would be completed in time-bound manner.

All the ministers who participated in the meeting discussed about completing the development projects within the stipulated time, he said.

They also discussed, among others, about the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Dhankhad said.
 

He said the ministers have decided on allotting more time for meeting people at their residences besides fixing time for meeting with workers.

They also decided on fixing two days for meeting the common people at the state secretariat, Dhankhad told reporters.

The proposed visit of BJP national president Amit Shah to Haryana was also discussed during the meeting, the minister said.
