Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and sportsman Lamar Odom have sold their Los Angeles home for a huge profit.
'The Big Bang Theory' star Kaley Cuoco has purchased the house with her new husband tennis player Ryan Sweeting, reported TMZ online.
Khloe and Lamar listed their 7-bedroomed home in Tarzana, Los Angeles, last year and the 8000 ft property has finally sold.
Khloe and Lamar are making a huge profit on the house as they bought the San Fernando Valley property in 2009 for a reported USD 3.95 million and have sold the property for USD 5.49 million.
The home was put on the market for USD 4 million.
Khloe, who filed for divorce earlier this month, is apparently looking for a new home close to her mother's house in Hidden Hills. She'll be closer to not only her mother, Kris Jenner, but her sister Kim Kardashian and niece, North West.
