Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian credits boxing and pilates with helping her to slim down and get in shape.
The 28-year-old, who is married to basketball player Lamar Odom, has slimmed down in recent months and been showing off her new figure in a series of skintight outfits, reported Us magazine.
"I love to box. I'm good at it. Boxing keeps me entertained and you just shed weight," Khloe said.

Khloe also said she likes to mix up her fitness regime and does Pilates twice a week.
"I switch it up because I get really bored. So I do a lot of Pilates," she added.
