Rajasthan's Indo-German Society (IGS) will celebrate its Golden Jubilee by orgnaising a fair, special lectures and exhibitions here on November 7-8.
Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Michael Steiner will be the chief guest, and former Minister of External Affairs Salman Khurshid, will deliver a key note address at a special session on November 8, IGS Honorary General Secretary Professor Pawan Surana, told a press conference today.
German language and educational aspects would be discussed during the celebrations to be held at Jaipur's Malayviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), she said.

Prominent German academic institutions and universities will show case the opportunities and courses available to the students for higher education in the German Universities and Institutions in various disciplines, she said.
A Jazz concert by Arne Jansen Trio and Sufi Music by Sonam Kalara, and Indo-German Fusion Music Concert by Pt Salil Bhatt and Mitthias Muller will be held on November 8, Surana added.
IGS was founded in 1964 by late Nawab of Loharu.
