Jaleel Ahmed, husband of the woman, had registered a complaint in Ramban that his wife was kidnapped by one Gulzar Ahmed on April 22, police said.
A team was constituted under the supervision of SP Ramban.
After three months, her presence was traced in Bulbulpur village of Haryana, and she was rescued, police said.
The woman was brought back to Ramban and probe into the case was in progress, they said.
