The 31-year-old socialite took to Twitter to say she is packing her suitcases for the trip as she didn't know what to take with her, reported Femalefirst.
"Packing for 3 months is so hard! But I did it and I'm off!!! I'm gonna miss you LA (sic)," she tweeted.
Kardashian, who is dating rapper Kanye West, refused to divulge any detail about where she is going and told fans that they would find out on the last episode of this season's 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.
"Can't say yet but it will be revealed during our season finale. But were so excited!!! (sic)," she added.
