Reality TV star Kim Kardashian reveals that the secret to her slim figure post pregnancy has been a strict practise of the high-protein, Atkins diet.
The 32-year-old first time mother, who gave birth to daughter North with rapper boyfriend Kanye West in June, flaunted a curvaceous look at a friends party recently, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I've actually been doing the Atkins diet and love it," Kim told a fan on Twitter when asked about weight-loss tips.

"She wanted an effective and balance way to lose the baby weight. She'd done Atkins before and knew it worked, so once she got the approval of her doctor, we connected her with our Vice President of Nutrition Colette Heimowitz, who counselled her directly." she said.
"She (Kim) ate tons of lean, nutritious foods such as fish, lean cuts of beef, leafy greens, broccoli, spinach, nuts, avocados and olive oil. It's a very balanced way for her to loose the baby weight while continuing to properly care for her daughter," she added.
