The Kerala High Court today said the Kiss of protest staged by some youngsters in the state was an immoral activity and came down heavily on moral policing holding that it was an act of hooliganism.
Justice Kamal Pasha made the observation while granting bail to five Yuva Morcha workers, accused in the Down Town Cafe attack in Kozhikode district in the name of moral policing.
The Court said atrocities in the name of moral policing by hooligans led to the kiss of protest movement.
