The Kolkata Knight Riders are on top of the table in Group A of the ongoing Oppo CLT20 but the team would not like to take its match against Dolphins tomorrow lightly, said assistant coach Vijay Dahiya.

"No. Not at all. Everyday is a new day and I think you don't want to make even that sort of a mistake by thinking that it is going to be a cakewalk. We are playing good cricket and you have to give respect to the opposition. It is a T20 game and you cannot take anyone lightly ever.

"Even if you are in a strong opposition while the game is going on, you cannot take anyone lightly. Forget about before the game starts," KKR's assistant coach Vijay Dahiya told reporters here during a pre-match press conference.

Dolphins are already out of the semi final race having lost all the three matches in the tournament.

Dahiya replied in the negative when asked if the team would like to do any "experiments" in tomorrow's match.

"Not really. We have not done any experiments ever. You pick up your 15 and all 15 are good enough to play on a given day. But, I don't see any experiments at all," he said.

He said the team has always kept its focus on playing good cricket without keeping a tab the number of matches it has won in a row.

"There are many people who are talking about how many games we have won. As coaching staff, as players, the atmosphere in the dressing room is about playing good cricket. We always say if you play good cricket, the result take care of their own. We are happy with the kind of cricket we are playing. The good thing which is happening is that this team is not dependent on particular individuals. The way it started and where we are today, this is very, very important . Honestly, nobody is thinking about that we have won 12 in a row," he said.

"There is no pressure that we have to win one more to have a record sort of a thing," he said.

Dahiya appreciated the wicket at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket stadium here.

"I think he is giving us a completely new surface for this game. Overall, the wicket has been really, really good here. We absolutely enjoyed playing on this ground so far," he said.
