"Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh would inaugurate the conference, while the President would address the valedictory function," he told reporters here.
"The theme of the three-day conference had not yet been decided," he said, adding that discussions in this regard had been held with state Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
On reconstitution of KPCC, Vayalar Ravi said discussions are going on and the procedure should not be prolonged.
