Kogta Financial gets its first PE investment

Kogta Financial (India) Ltd, an NBFC engaged in asset financing activity, today said it has received first PE investment from IIFL Seed Ventures Fund I.

Equirus Capital acted as exclusive advisors to the non-banking financial company for the fund raising.

"We are happy to have IIFL Seed Venture Fund I as esteemed investors onboard and believe their immense experience will act as a major catalyst in accelerating our growth plans going forward," KFL Managing Director Arun Kogta said in a statement here.

"KFL is on a rapid growth track and we are confident this investment will bring significant value add to the company," he added.
 

IIFL Seed Venture Fund I Chief Executive Prashasta Seth said, "We are excited about partnering with KFL as it embarks on a growth journey."

"We believe that KFL has a strong team, robust processes and commendable execution track record. With this partnership and the infusion of capital KFL is perfectly positioned to capture the immense opportunity presented by the NBFC sector," Seth added.
