Kotla turns into fortress as India, Pak line up for final ODI

Around 2000 security personnel were guarding the stadium, including the spectators arenas. Around 100 CCTV cameras were installed to keep a tight vigil on the activities going around. Some security officers were also be present in the stands in casuals.

The traffic movement was smooth around the stadium with only labelled vehicles allowed for parking at designated places. Fans started gathering in good numbers, a good 90 minutes before the start of the game.

Several check points were marked and the fans were not allowed to carry even coins.

Senior Delhi Police officer Devesh Srivastava said extra arrangements have been made for this match since it is an India-Pakistan contest.
