NDA's presidential candidate Ram Nath Kovind is likely to take part in a yoga exercise at the Connaught Place on the International Day of Yoga tomorrow.
Kovind arrived here yesterday after he was named as the ruling NDA's presidential pick by BJP President Amit Shah following a parliamentary board meeting attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi among others.
About 5,000 events will be held across the country to mark International Day for Yoga (IDY).
Union ministers will participate in yoga events across the country.
Modi is in Lucknow to attend an event where he would lead 55,000 enthusiasts - in performing 'asanas'.
