Kovind's victory 200 per cent sure

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today claimed that the victory of NDA's presidential candidate Ramnath Kovind is "200 per cent sure" and by his victory a common man will occupy the highest post in the country.

Das, who was speaking after casting his vote at Jharkhand assembly here, said "The victory of Ramnath Kovind is beyond any doubt now as he is certain to get more votes than expected."

He said the elevation of a common man to the hisghest post is not only an honour for the country but is an honour for its democracy as well.

"Under BJP rule it has been established that a common man can become prime minister and president of the country," he added.
