K P Energy today said its authorised share capital has increased to Rs 11.11 crore after allotment of 25.65 lakh bonus shares to its shareholders.
The company's board today "allotted 25,65,000 bonus equity shares of Rs 10/each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 3 fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs 10 each of the company for every 10 fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each to the members eligible," it said in a BSE filing.
Consequent to the allotment of the bonus shares, the share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 11,11,50,000 divided in 1,11,15,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up.
Shares of K P Energy closed at Rs 265.55 a piece, down 8.11 per cent on BSE.
