Kashmiri Pandit organisations today demanded that the state government should pass the bill to protect temples in Jammu and Kashmir without any dilution in the next Assembly session.
"The state government should pass the much awaited Kashmir Temples and Shrines Bill in the next Assembly session without fail and any dilution," All Parties Migrants Coordination Committee (APMCC) and Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) said in a joint statement here.
Expressing concern over reports that "some elements were again trying to hobnob with the government to dilute the Temple Bill", APMCC Chairman Vinod Pandit said any dilution in the Bill is "unacceptable to the community".
