"We express anguish over the failure of the state government to enact law for protection, maintenance and management of temples in Kashmir Valley," Prem Nath Bhatt Memorial Trust president A N Pandita told reporters here.
As a result, the religious places of migrant Kashmiri Pandits are being encroached upon and vandalised, he said.
Pandita said the Chief Minister had given assurance to the members of KP's community that his government will bring an ordinance to provide for protection of temple in JK but he has not fulfilled his promise.
