Kridhan Infra, specialised in pile foundations, today said it has bought 60 per cent stake in Singapore-based Econ GeoTech.
"Kridhan Infra, through its its subsidiary KH Foges Pte in Singapore, signed an agreement to acquire 60 per cent stake in Econ GeoTech," a release issued here said.
The company has, however, not given details of the deal size.

Econ GeoTech is engaged in soil investigation, soil laboratory testing, instrumentation and monitoring, ground engineering and geotechnical engineering and consultancy.
"With this acquisition of Econ GeoTech, KIL will advance its mission of continuously upgrading its capability through acquiring technology and to develop its staff competency to make the company the future leader in the field of geotechnical engineering," Kridhan's Managing Director Anil Agarwal said.
By combining our expertise in foundation engineering along with Econ's proficiency and expertise in soil investigation and instrumentation and monitoring, Kridhan will be well positioned to deliver solutions that can transform the future of engaging experiences and technology to become the segment leaders, he said.
"Soil investigation is an integral part of foundation engineering works and now with Econ's association with us, we have an in house team to carry out site investigations which will not only speed up our on-site work but will also enable us to deliver higher quality engineering solutions within the project budget," Agarwal said.
The integration of optimisation capabilities of both the companies will streamline the work procedures and delivery timelines, he added.
