Humphries told his ex-girfriend Myla Sinanaj, that he knew Kardashian was still hooked up with West when she married him, reported TMZ online.
Humphries also told Myla about how his mother-in-law Kris Jenner referred to West as a close family friend and someone her daughter knew for a long time.
"If he was such a close family friend, why wasn't he invited to the wedding," Humphries had said.
He also confided in Myla that he "felt played" by the whole thing and was genuinely devastated when news of Kardashian's new relationship broke.
"Kris was with Myla the day West's song about dating Kim was released and Kris was visibly upset," a source said.
Humphries and Kardashian's marriage ended just after 72 days.
