Kristen Stewart joins Ben Affleck in 'Focus'

The 'Twilight' beauty, who was in the eye of a media storm after her cheating scandal with director Rupert Sanders became public, is in talks to join Affleck for Warner Bros 'Focus'.

Stewart, 22, will play a young grifter who teams up with Affleck, an experienced vet, the Hollywood Reporter said.

Focus will be directed by 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' helmers Glenn Ficarra and John Requa from a script that they penned. Denise DiNovi will produce the picture.

Affleck recently released his third directorial work 'Argo' to critical and box office acclaim.

While Stewart is busy promoting 'Breaking Dawn -- Part 2', the final film in vampire romance 'The Twilight Saga', that made her a household name.

 

The film hits theaters on November 16. Stewart also stars in 'On the Road', opening next month.
