leader's demand for removal of two BJP ministers - Giriraj Singh and Ashwini Kumar Chaube - for allegedly calling RJD MLA Akhtar-ul Iman "a Pakistan agent" in the House yesterday.
He said Speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary has given a ruling for review of the remarks with the Leader of Opposition and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav.
"You should await the Speaker's decision on the matter," he told Siddique.
On conduct of 'surya namaskar' in some places in Bihar recently, Kumar said the functions were organised to mark the centenary celebrations of Swami Vivekanand and was optional.
Meanwhile, Chaube ruled out his resignation on the 'surya namaskar' controversy and said if anybody has to resign it has to be the RJD MLA.
Iman had committed "rashtradroh (sedition)" by speaking disrespectfully about the Sun and socio-religious sentiments of the people who have been paying obeisance to the deity.
The RJD MLA had needlessly described 'surya namaskar' as RSS and BJP agenda, when all religions subscribed to its believers to perform 'namaskar' to 'surya' in the morning as the exercise keeps all in good health, Chaube said.
The BJP leader also denounced JD(U) national spokesman Shivanand Tiwari for his condemnation of the two BJP ministers, including himself, for allegedly calling the RJD MLA "a Pakistani agent".
Tiwari had criticised the BJP ministers for questioning patriotism of the RJD MLA and said such remarks were not in national interest.
