Legendary musician Kurt Cobain's artworks will get a touring exhibition that would exclusively feature his creations.

Jeff Jampol, who runs a private company that specializes in managing the estates of deceased famous musicians including Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane and Otis Redding, has been working with Courtney Love and Frances Bean Cobain to make the exhibition a success, reported Entertainment Weekly.

"He's got some amazing canvases that a lot of the world has never seen or even heard of. A lot of people approach these legacies as vultures winging around this decomposing body looking for little islands of still-pink flesh they can consume.

"I take the opposite approach. I believe in reanimating the body, and then all the revenue streams will come with it," Jampol said.

Cobain died in 1994 at the age of 27.
