Reigning Under-19 champions Kush Kumar and Harishit Kaur Jawanda cruised into the final of boys' and girls' categories with comfortable victories in the sub-junior and junior national squash championship here.
Kush of Tamil Nadu gave his rival, Yohan Darius Pandole of Maharashtra a run for his money in men's section, defeating him 11-2 11-4 11-1, while it was a similar story in women's category as Jawanda comprehensively beat Anandita Gupta of MP to enter the final.
However, matches were a lot more closely-fought affairs in the lower age categories.
