One active member of the
proscribed KYKL, identified as Thongbam Raghu Singh @ Thomas (35), has been arrested by a team of Manipur Police Commandos during frisking, a police statement said today.
The militant was arrested from Lamphel Langol area in Imphal West district on April 10, the statement said.
Upon investigation, it was found out that the ultra had extracted huge funds from contractors of PWD, IFCD and private hospitals, the statement said.
