A labourer died after
mounds of mud fell on him while digging a ditch in Bihar's Vaishali district today, a police official said.
Ravi Kumar (24) succumbed when chunks of earth fell on him while he was digging a 10-feet ditch at an underconstruction house at Anjanpir Chowk under Town police station in Hajipur town of the district, Station House Officer (SHO) Chandra Prakash said.
Angry locals demonstrated with the body and blocked the Hajipur-Chhapra road for sometime.
