A 50-year-old labourer was found dead in the toilet of a farmhouse at Wazirpur Road here, police said today.
The victim, Rajkumar Yadav, was employed as a labourer by the owner of the farmhouse, Madan Saini, and he lived in a shanty nearby, police said.
Yesterday when Saini went to the farmhouse he found that Yadav's shanty was locked and a foul smell was coming out of the toilet in the farmhouse following which he informed the police, they said.
Yadav's body was found in the toilet by the police and it bore sign of injuries, they said, adding, an FIR has been lodged against unidentified persons.
