Vishal Arora, the car driver, has been arrested.
Arora was on his way home in his car when he hit the mini truck from behind in Feroz Shah Road in central Delhi at 5.30 AM, police said.
Police said five labourers were sitting inside the mini truck, which overturned due to the impact.
Rajendra Yadav, the labourer, died on the spot while two persons, including the truck driver, escaped with minor injuries. A case of causing death due to rash and negligent driving has been booked against Arora.
