A 22-year-old labourer was today killed after he was trapped in heap of marble sheets, police said.
The incident took place when Durgesh Jamuna Prajapati was unloading marble sheets from the truck near Viviana mall, an official at Vartak Nagar police station said.
The marble sheets fell on Prajapati, following which he died on the spot. His body has been sent for post mortem, the official added.
A case will be soon registered in this connection and investigations are underway, police said.
