The 26-year-old 'Judas' hitmaker suffered a concussion but refused to stop her Born This Way Ball show in Auckland, performing a further 16 songs to finish up her set.
Now Gaga has taken to Twitter for the first time since the accident to give fans an update on her recovery.
"Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better every day," she posted.
"Very happy to be in beautiful Australia. Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling," Gaga added.
