Lafarge India, a leader in building material solutions, has announced that Jean-Carlos Angulo, the executive vice president of Lafarge Group, is replacing Uday Khanna as non-executive chairman of Lafarge India.
The announcement took place at Lafarge India's quarterly board meeting held last week. The Board thanked Khanna for his contribution to the development of Lafarge India. He will stay on with the company in an advisory role, a company statement said.
Angulo has diverse experience in the construction materials industry. He is presently Executive Vice President Lafarge Group with a role as advisor to the chairman and chief executive officer of Lafarge Group.
