Khloe Kardashian's husband Lamar Odom is being sued by a paparazzo with whom he had a confrontation this June.
Photographer Stefan Saad has filed a lawsuit against the former basketball star, accusing him of destroying more than USD 15,000 worth of equipment during an attack in June.
According to Saad, Odom got furious with him when he asked questions about his marriage to reality TV star. Odom then grabbed Saad's camera and proceeded to smash the equipment in the middle of the street, reported E!Online.
Saad said Odom drove off with the camera. When the photographer followed him to retrieve his belongings, he saw the athlete destroying it on Hollywood Boulevard.
The lawsuit also claims additional compensation of at least USD 50,000 and USD 500,000 for lost work and emotional distress accusation respectively.
The 33-year player was recently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He also checked himself in a rehab for a brief one-day treatment for his alleged drug problem that is said to have rocked his marriage to Kardashian.
